Crossing the Isle of Mull has been the traditional, primary route for pilgrims traveling to Iona for over a millennium. Even to this day, people are crossing Mull on foot but often their chosen route is no longer quiet and contemplative, but often busy with traffic.
I have personally found pilgrimage life changing and when I came to live on Mull I started to think how I could help people have an off-road transformative pilgrimage experience. I am now offering a choice of pilgrimages across the south coast of Mull and on Iona.
I’m a qualified Mountain Leader; I’ve trained in spiritual direction with Sarum College, Salisbury and I hold a certificate in Equine Facilitated Therapeutic Groundwork with Equi-Scotia.
