The house, which sleeps 6 – 8 people, is set in a peaceful, wild woodland and grass environment, habitat for many types of birds and other wildlife. From the house there are scenic views up Glen Bellart and also to Loch Cuin. Table tennis, a swing, two bikes and a football net are all available.
It is only a few minute’s walk to Dervaig village which has an excellent licensed grocery store and Post Office, with good food served at the historic Bellachroy pub. Highly recommended Am Birlinn restaurant is nearby and the town of Tobermory is eight miles away offering a range of cafes, restaurants, speciality retail, and coastal walks. Sea trips depart from Ulva Ferry and Tobermory.
The North West of the island has wonderful beaches and opportunities for headland and hilltop walking, bird watching and kayaking.
