The Bellachroy is the Isle of Mull’s oldest inn est 1608. Offering seven comfortable en-suite rooms and access to residents lounge, public bar and restaurant.

Welcome to The Bellachroy, the Isle of Mull’s oldest inn established in 1608 as a waypoint for drovers. Sitting remotely in the north west of the island there are fine views overlooking the pretty inlet of Loch Cuin and Dervaig village. An ideal base for travelling, we are conveniently located between Tobermory and the golden sands of Calgary Beach.

We offer seven comfortable en suite rooms each with TV, Wi-Fi, and tea and coffee facilities. With a variety of room sizes we can happily accommodate individuals, couples and families. This cosy traditional inn has a quirky layout due to it’s age and many alterations with the passage of time.

A full cooked breakfast is served along with a vegetarian version including a choice of cereals, yoghurt and fruit. Kippers and smoked salmon with scrambled eggs are also offered.

The unspoilt locals bar is the community hub with occasional music, quiz nights and other events. We serve real ale from Loch Fyne brewery and a good range of malt whisky including from our own Tobermory Distillery.

Our popular restaurant serves good quality food using local produce wherever possible. Children are catered for. Bookings for evening meals are essential in high season.

We are a dog friendly establishment. Out canine friends are welcome in the bar and can be accommodated in the hotel by prior arrangement.

A genuine warm welcome is assured from the new proprietors Hannah and Tom.
