Grasspoint is a 10 minute drive from the Craignure/Oban ferry terminal making it a central and accessible place to stay on Mull.
The location of the house and cottage are second to none for wildlife. The highland cattle roam around the house, red deer nearby, hen harrier and sea eagles circling, otters in the bay, dolphins, seals, and porpoises further out. Beaches within walking distance and a boat mooring by arrangement.

The cottage sits on the rocks at the edge of the sea some 80 metres from the house. It retains many of the original ‘bothy’ features with living room/sleeping area (king size bed) a small galley kitchen and a bathroom.
