The cottage enjoys a quiet location in the grounds of Baliscate House, a nineteenth century residence. Crofters has been built to a very high standard with spacious accommodation. The master bedroom has an en-suite shower room and the other super king/twin is opposite the main bathroom whcih has a bath and walk-in shower
There is central heating throughout and also a log burner for cosy evenings. It is well equipped with all modern facilities and equipment, including TVs in bedrooms, Wi-Fi and Freeview TV.
The cottage is a 10 minute walk from the seafront and to the town’s shops
There is parking for 2 cars and a secure shed for bike storage. There is an outdoor table and chairs in the garden
The kitchen is very well equipped with electric cooker; dishwasher; washing machine; tumble dryer; fridge and freezer. A microwave; kettle and toaster and cafetiere. Vacuum cleaner, iron & ironing board
In the lounge there is a Freeview TV, DVD, CD player and radio
Also provided are a cot and a high chair; linen and towels
We regret no pets are allowed in the cottage
