Located at the North end of the island of Iona, The Green Shed offers self catering accommodation for individuals, couples, retreats and family groups.
The Green Shed (formerly Iona Hostel) has been welcoming groups from around the world for many years. Its idyllic location, nestled in the dunes in the north of Iona, is private, yet only a 20 minute walk from the ferry crossing and Iona village. The seclusion, quietness and proximity to the North Beach is very much appreciated by guests.
There are three separate self contained apartments; the Snug and the Studio both sleep two, whilst the Sea Room sleeps up to ten. Larger groups regularly come to visit and take all three apartments.
