Welcome to Iona Pods, cosy glamping pods with first class facilities situated on the small Hebridean Island of Iona.
Our cosy camping pods are small, self-catering holiday accommodation units situated on the picturesque Island of Iona on the west coast of Scotland.
Our pods are made of timber and have a curved roof, giving the appearance of slate shingles. The comfy, cosy and spacious pods offer a unique base to explore Iona and the surrounding islands.
Internally, our pods consist of a single open space, with limited headroom, they offer sufficient space to allow for a maximum of four adults to rest and sleep – 1 double bed and 2 single beds.
Each pod has the benefit of mains electricity and offers:
- Sufficient lighting
- Power sockets to charge phones, cameras, tablets etc
- Kitchen equipment: microwave, fridge, electric hob and kettle
- Double insulation to keep you extra cosy
- WiFi available
- Bedding
- 2 x chairs and a folding table
- Crockery and cutlery for four people
- Picnic bench
Our purpose built wash block has separate male and female facilities with toilets, sinks and hot showers. There is also a unisex accessible shower room. Our washroom has large sinks for washing dishes or clothes as well as a coin-operated washing machine and tumble dryer. Water containers are provided so guests can take drinking water over to the pods.
