Due to it’s spectacular situation Tackle and Books is one of the most photographed shops in Scotland. Established for 40 years Tackle and Books has been supplying both locals and visitors for many years. Books on Mull and the Scottish Islands, history, natural history sit comfortably next to the latest blockbusters and beautifully illustrated children’s books. The walls of the bookshop are adorned with messages of goodwill from some of Britain’s best loved authors. Every shelf or corner of the shop holds interesting items for sale while the nooks and crannies hide surprising local facts and events.
