The village of Salen is the perfect central location for exploring the whole of the Island of Mull with its amazing castles, beaches and wildlife. Cuilgown is a self contained annexe with its own access and off road parking providing a comfortable holiday home close to village amenities which include a hotel with restaurant, a well stocked SPAR shop, a post office, launderette and petrol station. The Coffee Shop Café is famed for its home-produced bakes on the premises and delicious lunches with a 24 hour honesty box to tempt you at any time of the day.
There are walking routes accessible from the village and the calm waters of Salen Bay are suitable for kayaking, canoeing, and paddleboarding. Pony trekking is available at nearby Killiechronan.
The accommodation is bright and spacious with a newly fitted galley kitchen and shower room and a relaxing large conservatory with seating and dining table overlooking the garden. There are two bedrooms; a large twin bedroom on the ground floor and a smaller twin bedroom in the attic
