At Duart Castle Tearoom we pride ourselves on serving locally sourced Isle of Mull produce wherever possible.

Our tearoom is spacious and warm, serving locally sourced Isle of Mull, or Scottish, produce  when possible. Our menu often tells the story of the history of the Isle of Mull.

We serve soup, coffee and tea, and a wonderful range of traditional home baking such as scones, cakes and other sweet treats, all day. Some of our cakes are still made according to Lady Maclean’s own recipes.

From 12pm to 2.30pm we serve our lunch menu with a wide selection to choose from. We aim to provide Vegetarian, Vegan, GF and Dairy Free options.

As a licensed premises, a selection of beers and ciders are available

If you are on Mull outwith our opening hours, you can still access the grounds to view the exterior of the castle and enjoy the magnificent sea views. We have a donations box available beside our carpark, and any donation will go towards maintaining the site for visitors.
