A stopover for self-contained motorhomes and campervans (Aire) at Tiroran Community Forest in a peaceful and secluded setting with hard standing for 5 vehicles

There are no facilities at Tiroran, just a peaceful forest environment. It is a natural playground for families –  watch out for the resident white tailed eagles overhead and take in the beautiful views towards Loch Scridain. Find the abandoned township, with life-size willow sculptures depicting the people and animals that used to live there; giant heads hanging in a sycamore glade, and a nature trail through Atlantic hazelwoods.

There is five bays only, with one vehicle per bay up to 7metres in length, with no tents or awnings.

Turn up and pay £12.50 each night via a QR code, or there is an honesty box for cash.

There are no facilities but there is charcoal & wood for a firepit or bbq available to buy on request.

Please respect our Community Forest and take all your rubbish away with you. Find out where to dispose of chemical waste and locations of campsites on Mull in this Guide
