There are wonderful views of Loch Tuath, the islands of Ulva and Gometra, and the Atlantic beyond. The cottage is furnished to a high standard including underfloor heating. The open plan living and dining area with its vaulted ceiling has a wood-burning stove for extra cosiness. There is a well equipped kitchen with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave and dishwasher in the kitchen; the utility room has a washing machine and dryer and a large fridge freezer.
There are two bedrooms, a double bedroom on the first floor with bathroom and toilet and a twin / second double room on the ground floor offering flexibility for various sleeping configurations. This bedroom has a shower room and toilet next door.
Outside, there is a patio with table and chairs, a sunny spot to enjoy the views or watch the sunset. The property is surrounded by grass and dry stone walls on the bracken-filled hillside. There is plenty of parking space for 2 vehicles.
